Description: Up for sale is a 1996 Jeff Green Racing for Kids 1:64 ACTION NASCAR diecast. The car is original in it's clamshell type packaging, and includes a matching Jeff Green trading card. This car was the debut car for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated, and was fielded for Jeff Green in the 1996 NASCAR Winston Cup Series, running two races at Pocono Raceway. This car was Dale Earnhardt Inc's first attempt at fielding a car in the Cup Series, and would be renumbered to #1 in 1998 after Steve Park joined the team in 1997. The packaging appears to be autographed by Dale Earnhardt (blue) and Jeff Gordon (black). I have not verified the authenticity of the signatures as I received this item as part of a much larger lot. If you purchase this item, you understand that the autographs have not been authenticated. I believe them to be authentic as I have done extensive research on their autographs and this car from this era. Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon autographs are highly sought-after, and I believe this item would be worth getting authenticated if the buyer has means to do so. The clamshell is not in fantastic condition, but I believe it has never been opened. It shows minor wear and tear, and there is a small crack on the bottom of the part where the car is (review pictures). The working theory is that Dale Earnhardt Sr. signed this car as it was the first DEI-ran car, and Jeff Gordon may have signed the car in passing.
