Description: This is the rare 1997 second edition of Frank Kozik's Jon Spencer poster originally printed two years earlier in 1995. Many of the first edition copies were ruined in a flood so he reprinted it, as Spencer was very popular in those days. This second edition was in a very small run of 250, and this copy is number ONE. The low numbers were always reserved for the artist himself, and I was lucky enough to get him to sell me some posters from his private archive many years ago, of which this was one. Impossible to find any of his prints under number 20 or so, and number 1 is the holy grail. This is a very special copy. Almost perfect condition with a very minor edge ding at the upper edge (see photo) and a very very light dent near his signature (see the other photo). Barely anything at all. This is a simply gorgeous copy, never even unrolled until now. Measures 22.5" x 35"
