Description: This is a 1994 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure of Raphael from the TMNT series by Playmates Toys. This version features Raphael in an undercover outfit with yellow accessories. The action figure is based on the character from the TV, Movie & Video Games theme and is part of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Card has minor wear with a small vein on top right near Ralph’s camera on the card. The bubble is clear, no damage and firmly attached.
