To further make matters complicated, all transactions totaling OVER $600 is reported to the IRS and subjected to end-of-the-year tax liability by the Seller. The seller ends up having to account for ALL the charges and fees eBay charged including out-of-pocket expenses to itemize when filing taxes so the seller doesnt overpay.
