These tensioners are UK made exclusive to me and come complete with correct size O ring. Made from 6063-t6 billet aluminium, the body hard anodised, the steel shaft zinc plated and only weighing approximately 106 grams makes these a great upgrade for your old tensioner. The alloy is machined to exact tolerances for a perfect fit and are designed to be a direct replacement for your old automatic adjuster. Over time the automatic tensioners can lose their tension and can cause the cam chain to momentarily go out of time when the throttle is closed suddenly at high RPM this can cause all sorts of effects to the engine, this can result with the cylinder head having bent valves and worse case totalling the engine! With the installation of the manual cam chain tensioner this can be eliminated.
