Panel is hand-cut from the bottom of a select 1990 Topps Football card box. The majority of most box-bottoms (even straight out of a new case) have some level of wear and/or creasing, namely from the folding of the boxes as well as the weight of the cards packed/stacked within the box and case.To date, no samples of this full card panel have ever been assessed by PSA to be higher than PSA 5 (with this sample being PSA 3 VG / Very Good condition). This is one of only four panels graded to date (these are both expensive to grade with PSA, as well as it is just so hard to find panels without excessive creasing or other bottom surface wear worthy of professional grading!).
