These boxes are in great overall shape, but some of them do have a price tag on the top and some boxes have packs with price tags, too. 1990 was smack in the middle of the junk wax era. This was the first year after Upper Deck revolutionized the hobby and the last year before 'chase cards' became a key focus of the hobby. The Donruss sets from 1988-1993 were all pretty weak in terms of value due to overprinting and a lacking rookie class, but these packs still bring back the nostalgia. I've ripped a lot of 1990 Donruss in the past year, and I can verify that the feel, sights, sounds, and smell all bring me right back to 1990. Being from the junk era, these boxes are still relatively cheap and provide great nostalgia for ripping and reminiscing.
