It may contain wrinkles, cracks, and possibly even tears due to its age and how it was handled before it got to us. A scanner may interpret colors and contrast differently than human eyes will, so it is possible that the actual photograph may be slightly darker or lighter in person. The kindergarten students in Shirley Barbara's class at St. Christopher's School in Metairie were working on Mardi Gras masks, crowns and clown faces today. The kids really enjoy working with their hands, she said. Some of the masks, etc. will be for their parents and grandparents, but a lot of the kids will try to use them for Mardi Gras Day. They will be used as classroom decor until they bring them home, she said. Abby Gandolfi cuts out her clown face. Photo measures 9.75 x 7.75 inches. Photo is dated 01-19-1989.
