1988 Topps Major League Baseball Wax pack MAJOR PRINTING ERROR RARE!!! Sealed

Description: These are extremely rare, and I have never seen this error before. The light blue ink was not printed onto these wax packs. I have put a picture of a normal pack (last picture) and as you can see the date in the upper right corner and the word "Topps" in the center is missing. Are these one of a kind? How many were printed like this? I honestly feel these should be graded and encapsulated by a third party. This is leftover inventory from when I had a sports card shop called Full Count in the late 1980's to early 1990's. Please use pictures to determine condition as they are part of the description.
