This card was an special "Insert Card" in 1988 Topps Baseball Rack Packs. Each Rack Pack contained 43 cards, 42 regular 1988 cards plus the 43rd card was a "1987 ALL STAR" card. The ALL STAR cards featured the 18 starting players from the 1987 All Star Game plus the the American League and National League managers.
