It is an original, sealed on card Delta Chameleon & Octillion Octopus. It's 1987 and is from Series 2, and it's still nicely sealed to the card. It has been graded AFA 80+ (NM) by the Action Figure Authority. Subgrades are C80 B85 F90. It displays beautifully and features high subgrades. This was freshly graded by AFA, so the case is in fantastic condition with no chips or cracks and it's never even been out of the protective baggie.
