There appears to be only 1 page that I saw that didn't have a stamp. These pages cover stamps from May 4, 1984 - December 30, 1992. There may have been pages issued by the USPS club for this time period that are not in this album. These are directly from the USPS club and have been collected and placed into a 3" binder.
