Description: I tested this with my 12-volt battery charger with various combinations of wire connections and the motor moved a little bit but I was not able to get it to do any full rotations, and do not know if perhaps I wasn't testing it properly or if the motor is bad. Please use the pictures to help determine condition. This item is being sold as is. If I find any more parts such as bushings or nuts, I will provide them.
