This wonderful bronze paperweight was made by Macro and has the Lake Placid Olympic logo in the center of the front along with images of most of the Olympic sports on the front side. The back has a calendar for the year 1980. This was the year Steam USA defeated the Russians to win the Gold Medal. Called the Miracle on Ice, it was one if the most memorable and historic wins in US Olympic history. This is a wonderful memento of this historic games. This paperweight measures approximately 3” in diameter and is in excellent condition. You will look long and far to find a nicer one. It will make a prized addition to your collection.
