I believe these are from around 1979. There are twenty-three 15 cent blocks, seventeen 18 cent blocks (one has 8 stamps), and six 20 cent blocks. Actual stamp value is a little over $30. I tried to compare prices from other sellers and took the time to look at 4 lots for sale. Not one of them stated how many stamps?? how many pages?? So how do you even know what you are purchasing? Overall condition is VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT with little to no wear. There is a former owners name on the front cover only.
