Description: Hello, I bought this with some other cards about 20-years ago and didn't notice this card. This is definitely an error by PSA. FLAWED on front, Off-centered terribly on back. It's never been slab cracked and doesn't look like it and if you think about it. Who's cracking slabs on Arthur Whittington Rookie Cards? With that said, and here's the good news. This same graded card is listed on eBay for $79.99, I'm taking more than 60% off mine. So you can buy mine and save, or buy theirs and have a genuine mint looking card. Usually one doesn't have to explain an encapsulation but this one is so obvious, I had to let a potential buyer know. Would make a great conversation piece. Arthur was a RAIDERS WORLD CHAMPION!
