It has been stored in climate-controlled storage for many years with other Cast Member memorabilia and other Disney gems (see my other listings).Unused however showing a bit of wear from age on the corners where it is separating from the backing. There are a couple of creases on the back and one on the front in the center. No tears, no holes, and no scuffs. Tiny spots on one corner from age. SEE PICTURES! Measurements are 14"x4".
