Description: 1977 ARCO Elegant Older Lady Rides Merry Go Round Horse Girl Lost Tooth Print Ad Original Advertisement Page Placement: Interior Exterior Multiple Pages, with both sides of each page scanned and described. Suitable for Framing Many older magazine text/images were printed misaligned with the edges. Even within the page, text and images can be misaligned with each other. Trimming all four edges doesn’t always fix the issue, and leaves less room to mat. As of 3/20/2024 I trim only the single edge that was attached to the spine, at 90º to the top edge, and will leave the other edges untouched. Except for the single trimmed edge, you’re seeing the full page exactly as it was printed. As a result, sometimes the text and in-page images may look tilted but this will leave the most space for matting later. You can see the entire page, edges and all, resting on a black border to help you judge overall condition. No virtual cropping to make it look perfect, no hidden surprises when it arrives. Ad Description/Company Name: Side 1: 2-Page Ad ARCO – Atlantic Richfield Company … believes that one of our national goals must be to encourage older Americans to continue to contribute to society as long as they are able. Side 2: 2 Single-Page Ads 1. General Electric Food Processor All Food Processors are not created equal. 2. Toyota Trucks (This page is over-trimmed; will be difficult to mat.) You Haulers. You Got It. Publication Date: 1977 November Publication Name: National Geographic Magazine Size: Approx 10” x 6 ¾” I originally trimmed this magazine nearly a year ago, before understanding how common it is for magazines to print at off-angles to page edges. Trimming all 4 edges doesn’t fix it, and winds up slicing too much border off. Be aware, some pages of this issue (November 77) may be overtrimmed. Please bear in mind when viewing images. Condition: Used. These are original pages from original magazines. They are very old, and usually stored in less-than-perfect environments. Foxing, fading, discoloration are common and present to some degree. Also corner folds, edge damage, creases, ripples, scuffs, smudges and other imperfections are normal. Pages may show pressure marks from production or years of storage. Images are scanned on black background, NOT matted or framed. Many older magazines printed misaligned with their edges. I only trim the spine edge, leaving the other three sides untouched. When you mat the page, you can align as desired. The images are the EXACT SAME PAGE BEING SOLD AS IS. PLEASE EXAMINE CLOSELY AND MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT. NOTES: See note above – some pages of Nov 77 issue may be overtrimmed and lack border space. If there’s anything NOT Included in the typical conditions listed above, and that cannot be seen in the images, I’ll add it here. Your satisfaction guaranteed.
