The box has the flap and window intact. The box has minor age and some wear on flap and has a price tag on it and tape seals have been opened causing some paper loss on box. Overall the box is mid-grade and its very hard to find on the market. This also has the white T-shirt for the doll and it has the sticker still attached to it. The instructions and catalog are mint and there is a Steve Austin sticker, (Never Seen 1 UN-USED). The 3 arms have light wear and age but are all complete and light piece lights up if you fidget with it. There is also a rubber mask that attaches to the hose on the arm.
