When book is closed top side ends of pages have dust and discoloration from storage - but this does not show on physical pages when reading - also did not attempt to clean or brush away dust at all. Only other conditioning aspect to note is that when the book is closed it kind of sits a bit lifted on the front cover and I honestly do not know why as the book lays flat, there are no bends, I think it is a result of the extensive print utilized in the photos portrayed that it gives it a bit of a bulky lift in the middle, but honestly other than that the book is absolutely pristine… Overall: NEAR MINT to MINT.
