Description: For sale is this nearly all original 1971 Schwinn Paramount P-15 touring bicycle. Reynolds 531 tubing, Nervex lugs, Campagnolo Nuovo Record front derailleur, original stock triple (52-49-36) crank set, brakes with unique drop bolts, pedals, seat post, Cinelli bar and stem, Shimano Crane GS long cage rear derailleur, Brooks Pro saddle, lovely rear "Made in England" rack, and 27" Mavic hubs (clearly not original but fantastic quality) laced to 27" Mavic Module E rims. There appears to be enough room in the brake slots to accommodate 700c wheels if you like. Continental Top Touring 2000 tires with plenty of life left in them. The frame measures 24" from center to top, and 59.5 c-c. The seat tube is 58.5, c-c. The chrome is on great condition and will polish up nicely. Also included are a full set of genuine Paramount decals (red letters) that I purchased from Richard Schwinn. Those alone cost $114. I am well practiced at packing bikes safely.
