Description: I am Peter Lawrence, great-great grandson of George Lawrence, founder of the George Lawrence Co. saddlery and harness maker in Portland, Oregon dating from 1857. My father William “Bill” Lawrence III ran the leather factory for 30 years when the company manufactured primarily leather shooting gear. I worked at the GLCo as a student in the early 1980s, making me the last of five generations of Lawrences in the family business. Bill retired in 1985 with a large collection of GLCo artifacts. I am now offering some of these items for sale. Offered here is a set of three genuine GLCo catalogs. These are not reprints; they are original new stock that were never mailed. These catalogs are an 8 x 11" and feature primarily holsters, cartridge belts, rifle cases, slings, ammo boxes, slides, and knife sheaths. Includes a Gun Size Chart. Note that the photos show the correct catalogs included, but I may sell more than one lot using the same photos so the exact ones in the photo may not be the exact ones you receive.
