A critical artistic study into the work of Marcel Duchamp, the noted French-American painter, whose work is associated with Cubism, Dada, and conceptual art. Illustrated with one colour plate. Octavio Paz was a Mexican poet and diplomat, the winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1990. CONDITION In the original publisher’s cloth binding, in the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, fine. Bookplate to the front pastedown. Author’s signature to the recto to the front endpaper. Dustwrapper with minor edge wear and some discolouration, and light marks to the wraps. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
