Description: This is what we know about this vintage pair. These are from the American 1970 Edition that were cast from clay in the old wax process. They are both #12 of an addition of 175. The international editions were prefaced with the letter "I". The foundry was Casting Creations in MN. The titles are La Femme & L' Homme which translate to Man & Woman. They are signed Picasso on the front with the edition #'s on the side. Overall condition is very good, with some surface wear consistent with age. Please see photos. The man piece is a touch loose on the bottom which we assume is held to the base via screws. We did not want to remove the original felt to tighten. It's about a 1-2 millimeter movement so not that loose and we're not concerned about it. Some pitting present but again not to any degree of concern or that would effect the overall visual and presentation. These are priced online between $3500-$4500.
