Description: You are bidding on a used original door latch mechanism. It is for the left (driver) door of a 1969-1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with the door ajar option. It was used on all models including standard, XR-7, GT, Eliminator, Sports Special, Mach I, Grande, Boss 302, Boss 429, Shelby GT-350, and Shelby GT-500. There are no cracks or breaks in it. It should be cleaned up and lubricated before installing it. This would be great for a daily driver, a survivor, or a Sunday cruiser. Or restore it for a show car.
