The 1968 Topps Venezuelan set was essentially a cheaply made licensed reprint of the first few series of the US "Topps" set made on different card stock w/ Venezuelan copyright line on back instead of Topps. Infinitely rarer than their USA counterparts. The cards were meant to be pasted into an album made for the set and are often found in very low grade when encountered today.
