This Wire Wheel Cover is in SHOW QUALITY Restored Condition, In My Opinion. It has been completely disassembled and restored and highly polished. Everything is very bright. There are still a couple little wobbles on the outer rim that couldn't be worked out to the double walls inside. This is not perfect but still looks Very Nice. The spinner looks excellent without any real pitting. The blue center looks very nice with deep blue color and No significant fading. The backside looks great.
