Please note that you must reduce the existing diameter of the cam journal so that the bearing sleeve will fit over the journal, which is not a precision operation, requiring only a simple turning on a lathe, as the sleeve itself is the new bearing surface. You have the choice of leaving the end of the cam shaft that drives the stock igntion, and you use the left front cam support cap with the long nose, as shown in one photo. If you remove the press-in camshaft end that drives the stock ignition, you press in one alloy "button" into the cam and then use the cam support cap without the long nose, as shown in other photos (the hole in the cam to be filled when the ignition drive is removed can be either 13mm or 15mm in diameter and both are included, to fill the one hole in the cam).
