They moved to Needham Heights, where the owners were closer to home. They weren't there for long before selling to Martin.We set this up with low action, but we did adjust the neck and we detune these prior to shipping so sometimes they need a re-adjustment from shipping and detuning. The truss rod moves freely in both directions. There is very minimum wear on the first fret…very little… and almost no wear on second fret which we try to show in the pics. The rest of the frets have no wear. The fret board shows some wear on the first three frets. We are including a free flimsy newer gig bag, but warn you this is a very cheap gig bag and she deserves better. Frets and fretboard were cleaned, and the fretboard oiled.
