Luci Baines Johnson was elected Queen of the 37th Festival and is commemorated on this cover (#6 white envelope with blue photo and red "handwriting," which is actually printed). The first visit to the Festival by a United States President was Lyndon Baines Johnson in 1964 for the coronation of his daughter Luci who reigned as the 37th Festival Queen Shenandoah.
