Seized as U.S. officer's kidnappers - These two Spanish-born members of Venezuela's red underground were arrested in a downtown Caracas apartment today as members of a band of five kidnappers who seized U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Michael Smolen last Friday. They stand under banner which was found in their apartment and which reads: Out with the Assassins. We don't like Yankees. They are Alberto Torrija, 20, left, and Arsemio Paasarini, about 35.
