Description: 1963 Vintage Wire Photo by ASSOCIATED PRESS. The Patapsco Reservoir, looking more like a mud flat than a body of water in this photograph, has a water level 31 feet below normal. The collapsed bridge in the background normally is underwater at the reservoir, 20 miles west of the city on the Baltimore Carroll County line. Rainfall since January 1 ahs been more than four inches below normal. Photo measures approximately 9.25 X 6 inches. Part number: AAA16919 THERE ARE A FEW MINOR CREASE MARKINGS. ALL items are more than likely going to have condition wear (small creases, corner wear, etc...) due to age and touching.
