Series of 1954 punch card certificate, Hartford CT, redeemed 19 days after issue of the certificate (for redemption in under 30 days, a fee was charged - that's that the stamp was used for). "paid" marking over stamp; a nice example of this obscure rate and a crucial Liberty series item. There are on the order of about a dozen reported examples of this use.
