Description: This textbook titled "Strength of Materials" by Ferdinand L. Singer is a comprehensive guide and informative resource. It is the 2nd edition from 1962. It includes a separate sheet listing the 1st edition errors, which was taped into the book after the last page. Overall the pages are in great condition and I can't find any writing. The majority of the pages have aged well. This book was previously owned by marine biologist, Craig Barilotti, and his stamp is on the top and on the title page. The first blank page, last few pages, and inside covers have discoloration. Page 590 has a 3/8" x 1/8" tear at the edge that does not affect the content. The binding is fully intact. At the title page, the binding can be seen. The green linen cover has silver lettering on the spine and front. The cover has wear and discoloration. See photos for conditions.
