Franklin, TX: Under the watchful eye of an official, workers prepare to remove the body of Henry H. Marshall from its grave in Franklin, Texas. Marshall, an agriculture official, linked to the Billie Sol Estes case, died from five bullet wounds June 3, 1961 and his death was ruled a suicide. District Judge John Barron ordered the disinterment of Marshall's body which was turned over to a team of experts, including the state chemist, a ballistics expert and a pathologist.
