Labeled size XL 46 but this is true vintage and meant originally to be worn tight to the skin under clothes so please see my actual measurements below for fit. Measuring flat I get in inches (see pics for sizing diagram), taken in relaxed state, this shirt stretches: shoulders 16.5chest 16 length 27sleeve 22 wrist 3.5 The condition of this shirt is excellent vintage condition with minimal wear and only one or two light small spots, barely noticeable, see pics. No holes, clean, freshly laundered. Looks worn/washed only a few times. I don't use bleach, this shirt still retains it's soft white color.
