Description: 1960's ROSENTHAL GRASSES mid century salad plates SET OF 2 This is a vintage set of 2 salad plates in the Rosenthal china Grasses pattern, part of the Studio Line. The Rosenthal Studio Line (Linie) was first introduced in 1961. This line was designed to produce Rosenthal's more modern porcelain. All are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. Some of the most famous porcelain designers of the mid century designed for the Studio Line. The Grasses pattern was designed by Raymond Loewy. The plates are 7 5/8" across.
