Description: Sculptural organic shape 1960s Danish ceramic bowl by Gunnar Nylund (1904-1997) made for Rorstrand Studio in Sweden. Beautiful cream to brown hare's fur glaze. Excellent potting, very pleasing shape, in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or repairs. Marked as a factory first on the bottom with letter R and three crowns for the Rorstrand Studio, GN for Gunnar Nylund and ASH as the name of the model. Maximum width 3 3/8 inches (8.5 cm), height 2 1/16 inches.
