Casanova's Chinese Restaurant is the fifth volume of the twelve volume A Dance to the Music of Time with most of the action taking place between 1936-1937. The personal copy of English author and artist, Brian Aldiss, with a note loosely inserted signed by Wendy Aldiss, executor to the Aldiss estate. CONDITION Bound in the publisher's cloth with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with the occasional mark to cloth. Dust wrapper is also very smart, with light rubbing to joints and extremities, with the odd small tear or chip, mainly to the spine head and tail. A little sunning to the spine and light handling marks to wrap. Internally, firmly bound with bright, clean pages.
