Description: This week I'm offering a variety of cards from non-sport sets of the Fifties and Sixties. The Nu-Card company of Long Island issued several sets during the 1959-1961 era, several of which were postcard sized cards often mistaken for Exhibit arcade cards. One such set was "TV Westerns," a 72-card set that featured stars of the many popular TV shows of the day that were Westerns. The set was oddly numbered, with cards numbered 1-18, 101-118, 201-218, and 301-318. Eight cards, #12, 13, 14, 203, 211, 212, 214, and 218 were short-printed and are rather tough to find. It's very highly prized by non-sports collectors. Here I have #112, featuring Roy Rogers, Andy Devine, and Tito Guizar. It's in excellent condition (see scan), and it would be a terrific addition to any collection!
