Description: The 1952 Wheaties set of orange, blue and white, unnumbered cards was issued in panels of eight or ten cards on the backs of Wheaties cereal boxes. They were hand cut out of the panels to complete a 60-card set. The cards measured 2" by 2 3/4". Each player appears in two poses. On the checklist, the action poses were designated (A) and portrait as (B). The cards are blank-backed and unnumbered, but have been assigned numbers using a sport prefix (BB- baseball, BK- basketball, FB- football, G-Golf, OT- other). The listings here are all hand cut, ungraded, and come from a private collection. Many have markings on the backs, but none are creased and all have clean surfaces.
