One of 150 Total Cards in the Series, which were then pasted into a special album with text. Published in 1952, this print is GUARANTEED to be 65+ years old, authentic and original. MY prints have never been pasted into their albums, and are in pristine condition!! This Auction for ONE print, is for the Breed: Old English Sheepdog, Card Number C35. Condition: Excellent. NOTE: Due to less sophisticated printing at that time, ALL of these cards have printing that is very slightly offset, meaning that the color plates did not align perfectly (for instance, look at the tail of the Number 5 dog...). Text in German on the back of each card. This is an original print from the Second Series (each series was a group of 25 Cards) of Dogs published in Germany. Highly collectible and rarely found, the print is extremely rare, and the entire collection can rarely be found, selling for HUNDREDS of dollars, currently.
