Description: Here is a very nice vintage, likely 1950s, gold tone Dupont cigarette lighter, made in france, with interesting line pattern, and with Flint wheel on the side of the lighter, and in its original case, with red felt liner, and with Hallmark on the underside, along with t Dupont Paris made in france, serial number 6249 by, and with the Hallmark on the underside. Please note that this lighter will need servicing before use, as the wheel turns freely and does not cause a spark. Otherwise, this vintage original issue Dupont made in France cigarette lighter looks to be in good condition, and the engraving on the underside, including the hallmark, as well as made in france, and the serial number 9246BY. indicate to me that this is definitely an original authentic made in France St Dupont lighter, and not a reproduction. Lighter is very heavy, but there is no indication of gold content, except for the hallmark. Please review photos and feel free to ask questions.
