Description: T. Cohn SUPERIOR green tin litho dollhouseVintage c. 1950s. 5 rooms23" x 17" x 9.5"Few signs of corrosion, paint is pretty nice- see photos. A little warping, mostly on the roof. The pictures show the right-hand rear side of the kitchen floor warping up (probably from carrying it). I was able to push it back down easily.The tabs are goodSHIPS DISASSEMBLED. Not only will this lower the cost, it will also help to alleviate the possibility of damage.The shipping cost is an estimate- I am keeping the dollhouse intact until it ships in case of questions/requests for additional info.
