This voltage regulator is for 6 volt positive ground systems with Autolite equipped ignitions and generators. This will just regular fits many makes and models including but not limited to 1940 through 1955 Chrysler, 1949 through 1952 Crosley, 1940 through 1955 DeSoto, 1940 through 1955 Dodge car and truck, Fargo Canada built only 1940 through 1955, Hudson 1953 through 1955, 1942 through 1955 Nash, 1940 through 1954 Packard, 1940 through 1955 Plymouth, and 1940 through 1955 Studebaker car and truck. This is a new old replacement stock voltage regulator in excellent condition and ready for installation it should be noted that the battery terminal may not be in the same position as your current voltage regulator this was common amongst aftermarket replacement voltage regulators to move this terminal connector to accommodate more vehicles.
