Description: 1950s Hermes 3000- Rare For Restoration. This machine seems to be made in 1950s not sure exactly what year but it is Rare. The machine was left in a humid climate on a basement in a a house in Winnetka a town north of Chicago for many years creating this rust . I haven’t tried doing anything like cleaning or wd40 because I don’t really know anything about restoring this kind of machine but the keys do move manually well . I noticed the rust is mostly in exterior areas not too much inside.
