Description: This is a 1950s EP silver plated pierced design champagne / wine bottle coaster w. lion head handles. This is a beautiful and practical table and tablecloth saver! This bottle coaster stand has decorative lion head handles with laurel leaf drape over pierced scroll pattern. The Bottle Coaster is 6 inches (15.25cm) in diameter and stands 7 inches (18cm) tall. The back stamp is two crossed keys and indicates the manufacturer Henry Wilkinson and could be an old Sheffield production. The bottom has dents from normal use and does not detract from the aesthetics of this piece. The photos show the extent of the wear. VERY GOOD condition. Polished and shiny. No dents, no scratches on the outer surface or base.
