Cover is not in very good condition, has wax and some kind of stain on it, plus creases and a piece missing on bottom right corner. Tape has been put on cover to keep it attached to binding. Stain that is on cover has made it way through several pages but you can still read printing on all pages. Binding is somewhat loose also. Rest of pages and book in nice condition.
