Description: 1946 Parker 51 Vacumatic cedar blue fountain pen. Double jeweled, 1/10 16k gold filled cap with a solid 14k blue diamond clip. There is some enamel loss to the diamond. Two small shallow dents in the cap that can be seen in the light reflection but hard to photo. I do not see any cracks or chips and there is no personalization or engraving.
