Description: 1945 DAV Mini License Plate tag key chain Disabled American Vet plastic A little history of the DAV Keychain program: This program ran from about the 40's through the 70's through the Disabled American Veterans. They would send you a keychain fob with your license plate info and ask for donation, in exchange, they offered the service of mailing your keys back to you if ever were found. If you found a keychain with one of these fobs, you were to put it in the mail and it would be sent to The Disabled American Veterans and they would send to the owner. How cool was that!!
